What do I need to start this PADI Rescue Diver course?
You should be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization). You can find details of these scuba diving courses on our other pages . You must also be a minimum age of 15 years old (12 for PADI Junior Rescue Diver). Our dive students come from a diverse age background. You must also show proof of a successful completion of a sanctioned CPR program within the past 24 months. This can be done through our EFR CPR First Aid Course or from another accredited First Aid Trainer. You will receive the PADI Rescue Diver Manual as part of your diver training.
What will I do during my lesson, dive and course time?
Rescue Diver Training in Colchester Essex will prepare you to prevent problems and, if necessary, manage dive emergencies. During the five open water sessions, you'll cover many aspects of Rescue scenarios and successful complete the skills to control them, these include:
